Elena Raguseo is the Marketing and Online Sales Assistant for Ivey Homes, a position she enthusiastically embraced after relocating to the Augusta area in March 2024. With a robust background in Social Media Marketing and Sales, Elena brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role, contributing significantly to the Ivey Homes team.

Elena's academic journey began at the University of Alabama, where she studied Marketing and Advertising. During her time at the university, she cultivated a deep passion for marketing and became a fervent supporter of Alabama football – Roll Tide! After college, Elena moved to Austin, Texas, where she worked in Marketing and Admissions for Vandelay Education. In this role, she honed her skills in marketing strategy and online engagement.

During the pandemic, Elena took a sabbatical to travel, which allowed her to explore new places and gain fresh perspectives. It was during this period that she discovered her love for Georgia, particularly the charming city of Savannah. This experience led her to accept a position as Marketing Director for Savannah Riverboat Cruises. In Savannah, Elena was an active participant in the Tourism and Leadership Council and Visit Savannah, playing a crucial role in promoting the city’s vibrant tourism industry.

Now, as she settles into her new home in Augusta, Elena is eager to learn more about the home building industry and the unique characteristics of the Augusta river region. She is excited to apply her marketing expertise to help Ivey Homes grow and succeed, while also immersing herself in the local community and its rich cultural landscape.

In her free time, Elena enjoys spending time outdoors, where she engages in activities such as hiking, kayaking, and camping. These pursuits allow her to appreciate the natural beauty of her surroundings. Additionally, she has a passion for cooking and takes great pride in nurturing her extensive collection of houseplants, which add a touch of greenery and tranquility to her home.
